Tasting (06/14/2019): The nose has a nice bouquet of acacia flowers and lilies, aromas of yellow fruits (peach, apricot), toasted notes and sweet spices. The attack is fresh and mineral with good acidity, the mid-palate is round and fat. The finish is greedy with notes of yellow fruits and quince jelly. To eat with: A perfect accompaniment to a dessert made with roasted pineapple and Gari-Babaou sabayon. Recommended temperature: 6° to 8°.
