Tasting (12/03/2019):
Ruby red colour with garnet glints. Intense nose with sloe aromas, lots of liquorice and black fruits. A nice volume in the mouth with a tight tannic structure and a good aromatic persistence. A young wine with a good potential.
Food matches: . A perfect accompaniment to the duck with kumquats, rib of beef or fresh goat cheese. Laying down: A wine with excellent ageing potential (around 10 years). Drink from 2020. Service:
